Neighbourhood Space
Project Year: 2012
The Neighbourhood Space was a gathering place for youth, seniors and everyone in between. It provided a safe and inclusive space for anyone in community for about a 3 year period starting in 2010.
After the completion of the Diversity Project in 2012, the Neighbourhood Space morphed into a Youth Centre.
The Youth Centre eventually was taken over by Carrier Sekani Family Services and they successfully run programming from its location at
171 Columbia Street (E) in Vanderhoof.
